Our modular buildings are made from highly insulated, Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), designed to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.  A SIPs building is highly insulated and airtight, meaning that energy bills are greatly reduced over buildings that are made using traditional construction methods.  The manufacture of SIPs panels is more environmentally sustainable, their highly insulated properties mean less heating and cooling of your outdoor space, resulting in less energy consumption and less CO2 emissions.  Our buildings are manufactured with low maintenance in mind.  The SIPs panels are lightweight yet strong and will withstand the extremes of our British weather.  Our UK manufactured materials comply with BS and EN standards for residential construction materials and are compliant with structural building warranties such as LABC.  Whether you are buying a kit or a full installation; all of our buildings are shipped only after pre-building in our workshop, saving time and labour in construction on-site.  We typically ship our kits, 6-8 weeks after confirming the order.  Self-build or full installation Our experienced team is available to install your building.
