The Old Barn - Modern addition to Heritage

How do you improve and add to, an already outstanding property? 

This was the challenge faced by our Architectural Partner when Martin and Liz needed more space in, but also away from home. 

The result is a striking, modern addition that nods to the traditional façade of the existing building, built using modular methods of construction off-site, minimising disruption and build time for the client. 

Maintenance free external finishes using decorative brickwork, coloured cement cladding and innovative details to the roof construction, all add to the appeal of this extension completed in 2020. 

Finished nicely with extensive landscaping and driveway to complete the overall finish to an exceptional standard.
